Each notarized signature is $15.00.
Mobile trip charge (in addition to notarization charge of $15.00) is a $10.00 minimum for up to up to 5 miles round trip to your home or office. 5 to 10 miles round trip is $1.00 per mile in addition to the $10 trip charge & notarization fee's. Get a quote for over 10 miles travel.

We can help you with your loan document signing, done quietly and comfortably, in the privacy of your home or office. I have over 35 years experience in Real Estate, Mortgage Loan Officer, Escrow Sales and & Title Company Sales. I am a Licensed Notary Public. Remember, I provide private Mobile Notary Service in your home or office.
Each notarized signature is $15. Some loan pkgs are per package. The lender or notary sets that price.

Emergency in Hospital or Convalescent Home, Services, 24 hour
We provide emergency services for patients in the hospital who need a notary or medical escort, 24 hours, a day. Just call us.
I provide Mobile Notary Service in your home or office, as well as your hospital room.
One notarized signature is $15.00.
The minimum trip charge is $20 under 5 miles round trip. Mileage over 5 miles is $1.00 per mile.
Emergency rates apply from 8 PM - 8:00 AM is $35 per hour + notarization and mileage fees if applicable
Medical Escort Service
Having a medical procedure at a surgery center, doctors office or hospital that requires someone to accompany you. Need someone to take and pick you up from the hospital and get you settled at home? I am a Medical Escort who can help you get to your procedure or doctors visit. Anytime you are under anesthesia or heavy medication, it is advised that you have a friend, family member or medical escort accompany you. Always check with the hospital or medical center for specific instructions. I can also help you with your notary needs for health directives, powers of attorney and trust documents,. I offer mobile notary service in your home or office and I can also come to your hospital room, in an emergency situation.
Travel charged at a base rate of of $10 plus $5.00 per 15 minutes or $20 an hour. Mileage is charged, from our office, to your home for pick up, then to your hospital or doctors office and back to your home and to our office. Mileage is .67 per mile 1-5 miles and $1.00 per mile for 6+ miles. (Emergency hour rates apply @35. per hour from 8 PM- 8 AM)
